Provide on-site technical support at client shoots and mocap stages.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly and calmly under pressure.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to find creative, effective solutions.
Write clear user documentation, reports, and guides.
Answer customer questions and provide technical support for our products.
Continuously improve product stability, usability, and performance.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in C++ with professional Unreal Engine development experience.
Understanding of real-time rendering, networking, or motion capture workflows is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay cool under pressure in live production environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to work directly with clients.
Must be located in the U.S. and able to travel to client sites in Los Angeles.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with motion capture hardware/software (e.g., Vicon, OptiTrack, Xsens, etc.).
Familiarity with virtual production tools (LED stages, camera tracking, etc.).
Previous experience in film, television, or game production environments.
Why Join Us?
Work on cutting-edge projects in motion capture and virtual production.
Flexible remote-first work environment.
Opportunity to collaborate directly with industry-leading clients.
Make a real impact by shaping tools used on set and in post-production.
